Worldviews and religions play an important role in the lives of billions of human beings. These influences can be destructive as well as healing and positive. It is important to draw the healing influence into the process of dialogue and trust building. These latter can help people become aware of their mutually shared global ethos and wisdom. This ethos is a principal motivation ground for human activity in every day life.

Dialogue is the instrument which will improve on an operational level a jointly committed action in addressing the global problems of today. On operational level we are witnessing that many stumbling blocks and systematic obstacles are frustrating the joint actions and are hampering strategically important initiatives. The awareness of mutual trust and human understanding is of a paramount and ongoing importance for encouraging synergetic actions of global responsible leadership.
