Our activities on dialogue show how effective it is when leaders from around the world of varying backgrounds start a process of dialogue from within the deepest source of human being. Participants of our conferences experienced the importance of the resources from the great spiritual traditions of the world. The major worldviews converge in their trust on compassion, mutual respect and unification.
As Aristotle put it long ago, human beings are distinguished from other species by our ability to use language. Yet all too often -on the job, in businesses, and in our communities or personal lives, we don't listen to one another. Invested in our views, we explain when we should inquire. Caught up in our preconceptions, we disguise our feelings and fears, and hide our very meaning. Our talk drives us apart.
Encounter brings people with different outlooks on life together and provides a platform for the international business world, political organisations, NGOs, social and philosophical movements for true dialogue and encounter at the deepest personal level.
