Goals

In this conference we will elaborate the concept on transformative leadership and sustainability with executives of several multinational organisations.

By personal invitation only

The group of participants will consist largely of business leaders and leaders from the spiritual world.

Global societal tensions and changes mean an increasing threat to the continuity and destiny of multinational companies. They are facing unseen forces and movements, which have the power to run them out of control. The increasing impact of the social and cultural changes on companies is asking for a new approach in management. These threats are also an opportunity.

The development of the many societal themes is creating an increasing amount of embarrassing dilemmas in the boardrooms.

This embarrassing dilemma's can be transformed into opportunities when they will be encountered and understood in the right way. Trade, industry, the world of finance, and others can play an increasing active role in finding ways towards transformative global solutions. The exploration of such ways is a process of concerted understanding and action.

It is important to encourage and inspire each other as executives to share - without distrust or accusation - inner uncertainties and embarrassments concerning the fundamental dilemmas. In depth openness towards oneself and towards one another is a gateway in which sharing will be possible.
