Michael Jones komt uit de kerngroep van onder meer Peter Senge, Joseph Jaworski en William Isaacs die wereldwijd worden beschouwd als de meest innovatieve denkers en doeners op het gebied van management en leiderschap.

Michael Jones heeft ruim dertig jaar ervaring als inspirator van leiders in het bedrijfsleven. Hij was jarenlang als Senior Partner betrokken bij het Dialoog Instituut van de prestigieuze Massachusetts Institute of Technology en is mede-oprichter van de Society for Organizational Learning (SOL).

Autumn 2007: Publication of a book called ' Sustainability, Natural leadership and Worldviews'

A book about the forgotten perspectivesand interviews with 'hidden masters'. A cross -pollination of ideasto address complex problems. Its meaning for natural leadership development, ecological improvement, economic sustainability, social impactand cross sectoral cooperation today. With remarkable interviews with among others: Herman Wijffels, one of the executive - directors of Worldbank, Ian Player initiator of operation White Rhino and founder of the Wilderness Leadership Foundation/Wilderness Leadership School.

 

Springtime 2008: Congress on Leadership and Ecological Intelligence, Spring 2008


The main issue arround this conference will be: sustainibility and natural leadership. A cross -pollination of ideasto unleash common intelligence for complex problems. This congress will be organised in March/ April2008.

Book presentation: 'Authentiek Leiderschap, een kwestie van wil en moed' (ISBN 90 274 1626 5)

Published by Spectrum Publishers as an echo of an Encounter Conference at EDE (summer 2004). Main themes during that conference: dilemma's and challenges for responsible leadership. 40 CEO's were in dialogue about the deeper meaning of leadership and the road towards it. A dialogue on both a personal and business level.


One of the concrete results of this conference was the book on authentic leadership. Several leaders, like Antony Burgmans, Thony Ruys, Marike van Lier Lels and Herman Wijffels were interviewed on their personal experiences around leadership. From within the inspiration of the conference, the authors wrote a theoretical and practical chapter on the mains issues around authenticity.
